I was so so excited to have a chance to work with a Kimbra track!!! I've been a big fan for a long time. It's such an honor 🙏
After hearing the original, I wanted to write music that made me feel like the lyrics did. With some side chain ducking and a minimalistic approach, I think I found a place to fit everything in the mix.
