高雄氣爆地底危機－及時空拍影像全紀錄

高雄，台灣第一大工業海港城，地下複雜的管線與地上忙碌的人們共存在熙攘的大都會中。一批被埋在地底的石化管線猶如遺忘迷宮，在歷經七千多個晨昏日漸鏽蝕，終經不起時間的考驗，釀成了大禍。

2014年7月31日平靜的夜晚，約21時起陸續接獲前鎮區與苓雅區民眾通報疑似瓦斯洩漏，深夜23時55分至8月1日凌晨，該區域多路段發生大面積、威力強大連環氣爆，導致當地民眾含警義消共32人死亡、321人受傷。

這批由經緯航太在案發後24小時內出動無人機空拍的全區現場畫面，除供第一時間災害應變救援，記錄下怵目驚心的歷史一刻，也將永遠提醒著浴火重生、蛻變為韌性宜居之都的高雄與人們面對與檢討錯誤，從中學習改正，令悲劇不再重演。

Kaohsiung, Taiwan's largest industrial seaport city, has complex underground pipelines and busy people on the ground coexisting in a bustling metropolis. Like a lost labyrinth buried under ground, these petrochemical pipelines had been rusted day by day after more than 7,000 mornings and evenings. Finally failed to stand the test of time, causing a catastrophe.

On the calm night of July 31, 2014, about 21:00 onwards, people in Qianzhen District and Lingya District successively reported suspected gas leaks, then 23:55 to the early morning of August 1, a large-scale and powerful serial gas explosion occurred in many sections of the area, resulting in a total of 32 deaths and 321 injuries.

These on-site photos taken by GEOSAT Aerospace within 24 hours after the explosion providing the first instance assessment for follow on disaster response and rescue. The recorded shocking moment will always remind Kaohsiung and our society to face mistakes and learn from them to prevent the tragedy happen again, and transforming into a resilient and livable city.
