一年四季都擁有自然天成的美景，春天賞櫻、夏天綠蔭、秋天賞楓及銀杏、冬天賞雪，2002年因裴勇俊及崔智友主演的冬季戀歌而爆紅，在劇中男女主角所營造出浪漫的氣氛，如今已成為韓國最浪漫的愛情聖地及最熱門的觀光景點。島上處處保留著電影拍攝時的劇照，及隨處可見《冬季戀歌》劇拍攝現場的照片和劇組演員的簽名，劇中的道具、樹林中的長椅自然是影迷、情侶們的最愛。
