修行必須專注精進，心要攝於一念，
時時念佛，佛在心中;
時時念法，法在心中;
時時念僧，僧伽的教育就在日常生活中

練習は集中して勤勉でなければならず、心は一つの考えに捉えられなければなりません。 常に仏を唱え、仏は心の中にあります。 常に法を唱え、法は心の中にあります。 時々サンガを唱えなさい、サンガの教育は日常生活の中にあります

수행은 집중하고 부지런해야 하며, 마음은 한 가지 생각에 사로잡혀야 합니다. 항상 부처를 암송하라, 부처는 마음에 있다. 항상 법을 외우니 법은 마음에 있고 때때로 승가를 암송하고 승가의 교육은 일상 생활에 있습니다.
