蝦仁炒蛋和滑蛋蝦仁除了口感不一樣蛋香也有所不同，不但用了鹽麴代替鹽，還把兩種炒法混合使用，希望大家喜歡💕

Shrimp fry eggs and silky scramble eggs with shrimps have two different texture and fragrance. Not only do I use salt koji instead of salt, but I also use a combination of the two stir-fry methods. I hope you like it 💕
