「布拉格」是捷克的首都和最大城市，又稱為「百塔之都」，是一座歷經千年歷史充滿了藝術文化浪漫氣息的美麗城市，擁有高聳林立的教堂、橫跨多種時期風格的建築，伴著從旁溫柔優美流過的伏爾泰河，讓人嚮往著漫步於於布拉格廣場上，漫步在其中彷彿走在童話故事場景一般，令所有遊客沈浸於這只屬於波希米亞的迷人風情。

「火藥塔」是被稱為「百塔之都」的布拉格的重要地標之一！位於舊城區與新城區的交界處，為布拉格的13座城門之一。火藥塔修建於1475年，為哥德式城門，也是布拉格僅存唯一的舊城門，直到1836年為止，歷代君主都要通過這座城門前往聖維特主教座堂登基加冕。16世紀時國王讓煉金術士在此研究煉金術，17世紀被用來作為火藥儲存的地方，因而得名。現在的火藥塔是一座博物館，用來展出中古繪畫作品、天文學和煉金術的相關文物，登上塔頂還能將布拉格舊城區迷人風光盡收眼底！

Until 1836, successive monarchs had to go through this city gate to St. Vitus Cathedral to be enthroned and crowned. In the 16th century, the king asked alchemists to study alchemy here, and in the 17th century it was used as a place to store gunpowder, hence the name. The powder tower is now a museum, used to display medieval paintings, astronomy and alchemy related artifacts, and the top of the tower can also have a panoramic view of Prague's old town!
